Although the people of Uddanam village of Srikakulam district and surrounding mandals have been suffering from the chronic kidney related diseases for a long time and the Governments ignored their problems, the Janasena chief and Power Star Pawan Kalyan urged the government to get their problems solved.
And today, on being the 'World Kidney Day', the Janasena chief issued a press note in which he questioned the government what we have achieved for the past 21 years, after this day has officially being treated as the 'Kidney Day'. Pawan Kalyan also mentioned about the same problems being faced by the people of Kanigiri village of Prakasham district.
Pawan Kalyan has felt that the government finally took some measures to solve the problems of Uddanam's kidney patients but they are not adequate. "The government should take stringent measures on war footing and should get support internationally. Let's hope the patients would get well soon by next year's kidney day," says Pawan Kalyan.
