Ever since Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna announced that he would play his dad's role in the film, there has been a huge sensation not only among film circles but also among political circles. Politicians like Lakshmi Parvathi, Nadendla Bhaskara Rao and Daggubati Venkateswara Rao reacted on the proposed project of Balayya and warned him not to be indulged in twisting of incidents of NTR's political life.
Finally, Vishnu Induri, the producer of the film ended the gossips revealing that the film wouldn't be shown with NTR's political life and it would be confined to salient features of NTR's film career.
But then, what prompted the makers dropping the idea of canning NTR's political career? Analysts say, opposition parties might come up with recorded proofs with newspaper clippings and video footage showcasing what exactly happened after NTR getting married to Lakshmi Parvathi and during the crisis of NTR getting dethroned by Chandrababu Naidu. Further, Balakrishna and Harikrishna's roles may also be disclosed. The makers might have thought all these happenings would convey wrong feelers to current generation of voters. As a result they decided not to resort any controversial elements in the film.
