Uyyalawada: Chiru to Balayya & Back to Chiru!

‘Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy’ story and script is shuttling between many hands from last few years. In fact, all star heroes from Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna to Junior NTR were excited about it. As plot being related to one of the first freedom fighters in India dating back to 1840s happened in and around Rayalaseem region in Andhra Pradesh, it can be easily connected with Telugu audience. 

Paruchuri Brothers worked on this story so extensively and completed a satisfactory bound script. However blocking the call sheets of heroes, winning their acceptance and choosing the right director is crux. Initially, Paruchuri Brothers approached Mega Star Chiranjeevi during his 150th story hearing times and could not make it. Meanwhile, ‘Khaidi No 150’ happened.

Later Paruchuri Brothers re-worked on same script with support from Allu Aravind, Naga Babu and other Mega camp members. In parallel, Nandamuri Balakrishna is also learnt to have shown excitement on ‘Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy’ and a narration was held with Sai Korrapati involvement. Having heard this news, an alert Mega camp paid major advance to Paruchuri Brothers and bagged complete patents on script. As and when, Chiranjeevi finds a director of his choice… this movie is likely to go on sets.
