Amidst huge controversy triggered around RGV's 'Vangaveeti' hit the screens on December 23. The film received negative feedback for its twisted content, RGV's poor voice over and over the board violence.
Reports from exhibitors are it that the film couldn't get housefuls on Saturday's first and second shows which indicated the poor plight of the film at the box office. RGV might have defended it a successful movie citing the shoestring investment allocated and pre biz done for the film. Yet, this defence reminds us RGV's defence for 'Ice Cream' film. Meanwhile, it was alleged that RGV had failed to show good deeds and enormous popularity of Vangaveeti Ranga among the masses. Devineni Nehru's character was projected as if he were an innocent and Mr cool. Finally, RGV's fear revealed for not having disclosed the name of the key person who had ordered for Ranga's murder, which every individual of AP knows it.
