They are anticipating that the BJP would be defeating utterly in the election battle and a new government would replace it 

"If at all the government gets changed, entire scenario maybe changed. The new government would take necessary action to bring normalcy from the existing cash crunch scenario. Further, real estate sector would picks up momentum," speculated the economists and political analysts.
