The AP Panchayat Raj minister Chintakayala Ayyanna Patrudu is heard to have made irritating comments on the people who are standing at the queues of ATMs. The minister has reportedly said, "They will stand for hours for Megastar Chiranjeevi's film tickets. Why don't they stand in queues for money?"
But then, the minister's words rubbed the wrong side of mega fans. "Standing in queues for hours and getting Megastar's film ticket gives enough kick to the people. Furthermore, they will get boundless entertainment watching a Chiranjeevi's film. On the contrary, they have to stand in ATM queues forcibly by the Modi's government. Besides, standing in queues hasn't got confined to one or two days. People should stand in queues everyday to get just Rs.2000 from ATM, as if they are doing a new job. Finally, the main purpose of curbing black money and making rich people to stand in ATM or bank queues hasn't got served," they lamented.
Meanwhile, TDP has taken dual stand on demonetization. On one hand, CBN was appointed by BJP as the chairman of a sub committee studying on cashless transactions while his cabinet ministers and MLAs are criticizing Modi for troubling common people.
