‘Bahubali’ producers Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni were in for a brutal shock with sudden Income Tax raids on their offices, couple of days back. Media reported on Rs.60+ Crores unaccounted cash is seized in this high level search operation initiated receiving the clues from Mumbai Intelligence agencies.
A fact well known is Ramoji Rao happens to be the key financial backbone behind ‘Bahubali’ successfully hitting the screens worldwide. More than allocating the much needed space in and around Ramoji Film City to shoot ‘Bahubali’ war episodes, he also funded for the magnum opus at crucial juncture.
‘Definitely, IT officers would have got one document or the other related to Ramoji’s connection with ‘Bahubali’ financing. Will IT sleuths cross check these ‘Bahubali’ accounts with Ramoji’s financially white transactions,’ a film enthusiast questioned.
At a time when Kejriwal seriously alleged demonetization as a serious scam and PM Modi informed his friends beforehand, obviously the news would have reached AP CM Naidu and Ramoji Rao much earlier.
