2 Reasons for Guru Sankranthi Release?

Victory Venkatesh's new film 'Guru' makers, all of a sudden, sent the feelers to media circles that they were planning to release the film for Sankranthi. This really appears odd to hear as the Sankranthi season is tightly packed with the new releases like Megastar Chiranjeevi's 'Khaidi Number 150', Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna's 'Gauthamiputra Satakarni' and young hero Sharwanand's 'Shatamanambhavathi'. 

"Maybe 'Guru' makers have been tempted with two reasons to have pondered their film to release for Sankranthi," felt some of the observers. "Perhaps, they have predicted one of the movies might get out of the competition with negative result nor the same film was thought to be postponed as such they are are planning to release their film for Sankranthi," they opined. But then, possibly, all movies may score big hits and Sankranthi season has such potential that makes maximum number of films as super hits. 

'Guru' is being directed by Sudha Kongara Prasad. Ritika Singh plays female lead of this movie. Santhosh Narayanan has composed the music of the movie. Y NOT Studios is the production house.
