Since 'Srimanthudu' stood as the second biggest blockbuster among Telugu films with Rs.83 crores share, it was expected 'Brahmotsavam' would collect respectable shares irrespective of its disaster result at the ticket windows. The movie finally settled at Rs.34 crores share world wide at the end of its full run.
Incidentally, Mega Power Star Ram Charan's 'Bruce Lee' collected Rs.41 crores world wide share through its Telugu version despite its dud result at the ticket windows last year and stood as the highest grosser among flops of Tollywood. And this year, Power Star Pawan Kalyan shocked everyone and all with Rs.52 crores share collections with his miserable flop 'Sardaar Gabbar Singh'. Eventually, the film stood as the biggest grosser among flop films of Tollywood right now.
As Mahesh being one of the big stars of Tollywood, his flop films are also expected to fare record shares among flops so that he could make his fans feel proud. Wish that Mahesh would get all blockbusters in his future. If not, let's hope he would give fitting retort to his critics with better shares for his below par films.
