Pawan to TDP: Don't Encourage Caste Fights

Power Star Pawan Kalyan went on rampage on the TDP government of Andhra Pradesh state, which has decided to set up 'Mega Aqual Food Park' near Bheemvaram of West Godavari district either by hook or by crook.

The farmers, who are cultivating the crops in nearby lands were threatened by the government's monopoly on establishing the food park. As such, the farmers are agitating against the food park. It is a known news that they had recently met Pawan Kalyan and disclosed him the adverse effects to be faced by them with the food park.

Pawan Kalyan, however, convened a press meet today on the issue. West Godavari's farmers also joined him to reveal the hardships being faced by them. Pawan Kalyan said, "Godavari districts are considered rice bowls of AP and the farmers here provide food for us. Don't make Godavari waters polluted establishing industries near crop yielding lands. Around 50,000 fishermen badly affected with the launch of food park. It is heard that the government insists bind over cases on the farmers. I am not against industrial development. But then, I could not understand why the government is adamant for setting up the industry near paddy fields. The government is also provoking caste fights with this act. Don't make Thunduru as another Nandigram. If at all the government is stubborn with its decision, we'll go for a fight against it."
