Gautham Menon Rejects Villain Role!

Contrary to the reports floating in South film circles about stylish director Gautham Vasudev Menon is offered to play a villain character in one of the Tamil flicks, here comes the actual news. Yes, it is true that Gautham has been approached to play the baddie in ‘Imaikaa Nodigal,’ a Tamil thriller starring Atharvaa, Nayanathara in main leads, directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu.

However, Gautham being very busy occupied with his directorial assignment of wrapping up Dhanush starrer ‘Ennai Nokki Paayum Thota’ has rejected the offer from Ajay Gnanamuthu. It was impossible for Gautham Menon to join the sets of ‘Imaikaa Nodigal’ immediately because ‘Ennai Nokki Paayum Thota’ new schedule will be kick starting from September 20. So, he hasn’t given the nod.

Gautham Menon also has ‘Sahasam Swaasagaa Saagipo’ set for a release in Telugu in next couple of weeks. So, acting isn’t a better choice with so many projects happening in parallel for him.
