Shocking Reason for CBN's Case Stay in HC?

The AP CM Chandrababu Naidu heaved a sigh of relief recently as the Hyderabad High Court has issued a stay on the ACB Court’s ruling for Telangana ACB to re-investigate into Cbn's role in Cash for Vote Case and submit a report on the proceedings. 

However, one of the leading national magazines, revealed an interesting news on the stay on Cbn's case. According to the magazine's report Cbn intentionally, did not let the high courts divided despite the states were divided two years ago. Furthermore, the magazine speculated that 70% of the judges of high court were the loyalists of Cbn. This is strange allegation of the magazine on the judiciary system and people are not trusting the words of the magazine. Yet, Cbn escaping from the biggest scam pained many people of the Telugu states.
