Protests Lead to Awards for NTR & Prabhas?

An interesting development on award functions was observed by the movie analysts this year. Best actor Awards of major award events were shared by a few top heroes of Tollywood such as Prince Mahesh, Young Tiger NTR and Young Rebel Star Prabhas for their performances for the movies released in 2015.

Initially, Prince Mahesh received best actor award for his performance in 'Srimanthudu' at the Filmfare and SIIMA Awards. As NTR was not nominated for SIIMA, the star's fans expressed their concern over the Awards. Subsequently, NTR walked away with best actor award at CineMAA Awards ceremony.

And then it was the turn of Prabhas' fans to have expressed their anguish as the star not being conferred the best actor for 'Baahubali' at any Awards event. And then the star was adjudged the best actor award at Santosham Awards event. Maybe co-incidentally, it appears protests lead to Awards. However, movie patrons are of the opinion that all the stars really deserve to get the Awards. As such, a right justification is done with their Awards.
