Why Too Much Gap for Oopiri Director?

Post 'Oopiri's release, director Vamshi Pydipally was nonplussed whether to do Akhil's film nor to go for Prince Mahesh's project. Eventually, the director preferred the big hero. However, the decision of the director couldn't make his movie launched immediately. 

Now that Mahesh is working with AR Murugadoss' for a Telugu-Tamil bilingual, the star has no dates available till the end of this year. However, Vamshi has made use use of this time for preparing the script of Mahesh's film. Reportedly, the script is in its advanced stages. If at the final draft is okayed by Mahesh, the movie will go on sets in the early first half of next year. 

'Oopiri' won the accolades of critics, especially, for the directorial expertise of Vamshi Pydipally. The movie stood as a big hit in Overseas while it got average result in Telugu states.
