Surender Reddy Passed, Ramcharan…?

The basic weakness in Ramcharan’s failure of adopting himself with new storylines resulted in back to back failures. In fact, Charan was at his best with mass looks in ‘Nayak’ or ‘Yevadu’ but when it came to experimenting on fresh grounds ‘Orange, Govindudu Andari Vaadele’ or even ‘Zanjeer;’ we know the Box Office results. 

This time, director Surender Reddy seems to have taken extreme care in designing Ramcharan’s stylish look with that effusive moustache grabbing all our attention. Reports say, all the promotional pictures leaked to media in last one week revealing Charan’s looks was a strategic promotional stint worked in ‘Dhruva’ favor.

As of now, Surender Reddy passed the test in giving a makeover for Mega Power Star. On positive note, ‘Dhruva’ script inherently has a sure shot hit material and Surender Reddy is familiar in presenting such action material with élan. Everything depends on how good Charan emulates the mannerisms and intelligence of Jayam Ravi in the original ‘Thani Oruvan’ will decide ‘Dhruva’ overall Box Office range.
