It is a known fact that Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth has been in US along with his family for the past few days. In the meanwhile, rumours have been floating around that the Superstar is suffering from health issues.
Latest buzz is even more shocking. It is being gossiped that Rajiniknth is undergoing kidney transplantation operation. However, there has been no official confirmation from the family members of Rajini or other close sources of Rajini.
