It is a known fact that Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth has been in US along with his family for the past few days. In the meanwhile, rumours have been floating around that the Superstar is suffering from health issues.
Latest buzz is even more shocking. It is being gossiped that Rajiniknth is undergoing kidney transplantation operation. However, there has been no official confirmation from the family members of Rajini or other close sources of Rajini. Incidentally, similar rumours were heard in 2011 as well but they were proved to be false.
On the other hand, Shankar is reportedly canning Rajini's scenes using a body double for his new film '2.0' starred by Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar. Amy Jackson is doing opposite to Rajinikanth in this visual extravaganza.
