Will Bichagadu Touch The Mark?

Vijay Antony’s last Tamil to Telugu dubbing release ‘Bichagadu’ has struck gold for Telugu buyers and producers. At a time when Mahesh Babu ‘Brahmotsavam’ was standing tall in the opposition, ‘Bichagadu’ fever gripped in lower order centers. According to official reports from this trade sources, ‘Bichagadu’ grossed Rs.13 Crores in five weeks and still going strong in few centers.

On calculative basis, ‘Bichagadu’ current share is approximately Rs. 8 Crores and the film is running in decent number of screens. Depending upon the popular public verdict for this week’s new releases, trade sources can come to a conclusion on whether Vijay can make it into 10 Crores club or not.

However, the Telugu dubbing version having brought for meager Rs. 40 Lakhs (excluding satellite prices), producers from Chadalavada family and Fathima Vijay Anthony have already become Crorepatis. It would be really amazing if the film touches 10 Crores share mark.
