No Clue with Satakarni & Foreign Fighters

Till now, it has been assumed that 'Gauthamiputra Satakarni' exemplifies traditions, culture and heritage of ancient Telugu land. But the makers have, all of a sudden, roped in 200 foreign fighters to shoot a crucial action episode of the movie in a specially erected boat set. 

Going by the history books, there is no such clue 'Satakarni' fighting against foreigners. May it be a cinematic liberty or Krish's extensive work on Satakarni gave him evidences of foreigners invaded Andhra Pradesh then. Whatsoever, this scene is expected to come out well in the film. 

Shriya will be seen as a princess. She romances with Balakrishna in this film. Veteran heroine of Bollywood, Hema Malini is sporting Balakrishna's mother role. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music of the movie. Krish has directed as well as produced the movie on First Frame Entertainment. The movie's release date has been locked to Sankranthi, 2017.
