What Happened to CBN Urging People Like That?

The AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu's advice to the people of AP shocked everyone. The CM urged the people to increase the population by conceiving more children. He defended his urge saying that the population in AP is declining day by day and so the people should increase the population by conceiving more children. 

This is quite ridiculous and shocking hearing such silly requests from responsible persons like CBN. If at all, the population of AP really gets decreased, one must celebrate with this development. Previous governments of India took all the measures on war foot basis to implement family planning techniques and awareness among the people, in such a way the fruits are seen now. 

What if the AP's people obey the words of CBN and will be busy producing children? Unemployment and poverty will prevail everywhere as in the previous decades. Will CBN provide jobs to all the younger ones? Does he have any magic wand to remove poverty? CBN should concentrate more on existing people's welfare instead of thinking about more population and future generations.
