Here is a huge shocker to the TDP, the ruling political party of AP. The AP high court has dismissed Nagari MLA Roja's one year suspension orders issued by AP Assembly's speaker. As per court's order Roja would be continued to attend assembly. It is heard that Roja has submitted the court's order to the speaker a couple of minutes ago.
Previously, Roja was suspended for one year from AP's assembly on December 19, 2015 on the charges of her derogatory comments on the CM Chandrababu Naidu on call money issue. Afterwards, the YSR Party's legislator, approached the High Court. Since no justice was done there, she moved her petition on to the Supreme Court. The Apex Court expressed its shock for suspending Roja without issuing notices to her.
The supreme court directed the high court to hear the case. And finally, the HC judgement goes in favour of Roja. Meanwhile, Roja has said that she would be attending to the Assembly from Friday.
