Sardaar To Lose 4 Crs Before Release!

Producer Sharat Marar’s statement issued yesterday through social networking has made one thing clear that ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’ audio would be planned sometime in next week and release date of April 8 is still kept tentative with lot of hard work going on from entire team with brisk production schedules still on. The film has done enormous pre release business with EROS International bagging overall rights paying as big as 80 to 100 Crores sum to producers.

Though an official confirmation on correct numbers is never given by Sharat Marar but here comes news from behind the sources as EROS started to build the pressure on Sharat Marar of North Star Entertainments. The business deal signed between EROS and Sharat Marar is known to have clearly mentioned on April 8 as the release date locked. 

EROS being a worldwide leading company in entertainment industry co-producing, acquiring and distributing films in various languages and multiple formats, their corporate legal terms and conditions will be too tough and rigid. The ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’ agreement made with EROS is assumed to have clearly mentioned on failure to deliver the end product within prescribed reasonable time and outside the agreed deadline is considered as a contract breach and the breached party is entitled to pay monetary compensation. If ‘Sardaar’ fails to honor their release on April 8; any further postponement would invite a punishment of 4 Crores per each week to be paid as penalty from Sharat Marar to EROS. This is a do-or-die situation for whole ‘Sardaar’ team to wrap up end product on time.
