A Failure of Home Ministry?

Two months ago Kapu Leader Mudragada Padmanabham announced 'Kapu Ikya Garjana' meet would be held on January 31. And for the past two weeks publicity and promotions had been on top notch in Godavari districts about the public meet. However, intelligence wings, and Home Ministry failed to assess the kind of emotion shown by the agitators. 

Previously, home department was of the track record that it could not control the Pushkara stampede and as a result 30 killings occurred on the first day of Godavari pushkaralu. Having gone through the political developments, analysts feel it was an utter failure of the Home Ministry of AP state. Moreover, they felt the CM Chandrababu Naidu should have taken some measures to pacify the agitators prior to the public meet. Whatsoever, let's wish the government should be enlightened at least now and to ensure the needful is done.
