The movie which stands as the biggest grosser/the biggest profitable venture to producers given its investments is considered to be the winner in the Sankranthi battle. If more films are accepted by the audiences, all these films can share the success equally. 

However, we are hearing the gossips that a top hero's fans and a political party are trying to ruin another hero's film by occupying more number theaters. But then, these rumours have been proved wrong in many centers. Even if they happen in any center, public talk of the movies neutralizes the things and the movie that deserves for appreciation stands top in its long run. That's why, no filmmaker needs to be afraid of the prospects of his movie by any means in case of he can't make it up to the standards of a hit movie.
