Shock or Joke? 250 Crores for Manchu Vishnu's Film?

In a huge shocker to to the movie buffs, Manchu Vishnu's camp plans something bigger and unusual. Buzz says that Vishnu will be investing Rs.250 crores on his new film 'Kannappa' to be directed by Tanikella Bharani. 

Also, it is known that the movie is being planned to be made in Telugu, Hindi and English languages. A team of experts in CG work from Hollywood has reportedly arrived to Hyderabad. to work on 'Kannappa'. This movie is planned to be made with international standards. 

Wonder what Rajamouli's 'Baahubali' two parts budget will be leveled with the single version's budget of devotional entertainer 'Kannappa'. As TFI is not a place wherein Rs.250 crores get materialized, many doubts on the budget of this movie are expected by movie patrons. Unless their doubts are clarified, people may treat it as a joke from Manchu's camp rather than a real big shocker to them.
