Mr Akhil Is In Their Hands

Come October 21st, there will be biggest launch of new hero Akkineni Akhil into Tollywood with release of his first heroic film. After many rounds of negotiations with different writers, directors and producers, Nagarjuna was convinced to hand-over his young son’s responsibility to Vinayak and Nithin, Sudhakar Reddy. According to inner film sources reports, makers are thinking to name the project as ‘Mr Akhil.’

Obviously, the debut platform has to be one-man show and Vinayak being the director, high voltage action with mass ingredients can be assured. So, Akhil is all the way going to be established as mass hero in the making stages. Nithin is also heard to have spent bomb of amount on production and post production works, going in parallel. Apart from regular promotional works yet to kick start, ‘Mr Akhil’ is getting voluminous business calls.

However, Nithin and his family are well versed with distribution business in Nizam and many other areas. They have a good theater network in association with Multi Dimension Films/Asian Cinemas. So, Nithin appears to have no plans in selling ‘Mr Akhil’ theatrical distribution rights to other parties. For good or bad, Nithin is taking the risk of retaining all rights for themselves. Let us see, what about the pre release trade of other areas in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, ROI and Overseas too.
