Charan Gift to Dad: Chiru Dosa Patent Rights

It was the special dish for the guests who tasted it on the 60th birthday bash of Megastar Chiranjeevi. It is the special dish that is exclusively cooked at Chiranjeevi's home. And this is none other than the most famous 'Chiranjeevi Dosa'. 

Mega Power Star Ram Charan has as usually given a present to his dad on his birthday. But this is certainly the most precious one. He applied for the patent rights of this Dosa as 'Chiru Dosa' and very soon the patent rights will be sanctioned. Unlike other dosas, this dosa is fluffy and is made with zero oil. Served with vegetable stew and peanut chutney, it tastes nothing short of yummy.

Speaking to a leading English daily Ram Charan said, " 25 years ago, my father tasted these fluffy dosas at a small dhaba near Mysore. When my father asked the secret of this recipe, the cook refused to reveal the secret. Straightaway, my father called his cook to Mysore and asked him to figure out how it was made. Even after the year, we couldn't get the secret of the recipe. However, in the process we made our own recipe and it has got familiarized as 'Chiranjeevi Dosa'. Eminent personalities like Sachin Tendulkar, Rajinikanth an Richard Gere are the fans of this dish."

Ram Charan has also added, " As and when we get patent rights, I wish to start a food truck which goes across both the Telugu states for selling it. The dosa will be served with chutneys and just one choice of a veg or a non veg curry. It will be prepared by the chefs. The prices of the dosas will be low such a way more number of people will taste it.
