Can 'Rudhramadevi' Cross 'Eega'?

Polymath Gunasekhar's aspiring project 'Rudhramadevi' is now distinguished as the first historical entertainer of Indian Cinema on 3D format. The music album and theatrical trailer released a couple of months ago, have received humongous response from movie patrons. 

For the moment, 'Rudhramadevi' is planned a grand release in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam versions on June 26. Tamil version's trailer will be launched by Maestro Ilairaja at 4 pm on 12th June in Chennai. Earlier, SS Rajamouli's 'Eega's Tamil version 'Naan Ee' has stood at first position among Tamil versions of Telugu movies with around Rs.15 crores nett collections. 

Since expectations are soaring high on 'Rudhramadevi' in Tamil Nadu too, the movie has ample chances of transcending 'Naan Ee' collections. Moreover, presence of ensemble star cast Stylish Star Allu Arjun, Rana, Krishnam Raju add magnificence to the project. This Rs.70 crores worth project has Anushka in a warrior queen role, who also showed another angle of hers oozing out glamour in songs.
