Kamal Hasan Rejected Shankar?!

There was a quite a bit of buzz on ace director Shankar would handle Kamal Hasan in his next film which is possibly a sequel to ‘Robot.’ Given the deteriorating health condition of Rajinikanth from film to film and age taking the toll, Rajini Fans felt that ‘Robot 2’ would not be an apt project at this point of time because this kind of a VFX dominated movie needs more physical pain from Rajini’s side.

So, Shankar would have safely opted for Kamal Hasan to replace Rajini in the title character. However, Kollywood reports are confidently mentioning on Kamal has rejected the script of ‘Robot 2’ for unknown reasons. Never to miss, Shankar and Kamal worked for evergreen film ‘Bharatheeyudu’ in the past.

These days Kamal is more tempted towards experimenting on new lines under his own production banner of Raj Kamal International. Meanwhile, Kamal also met Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan for a multi lingual project where in Saif would act as hero, Kamal will be the villain, producer and director.
