'Rakshasudu' First Day Talk

Hero Suriya's 'Rakshasudu' hit the screens today across AP and Telangana and carried above average to hit reports. It is Suriya's expertise all the way making the movie interesting. He showed versatility in dual roles. While one of the roles appears to be too classy, his masss role was a feast to the masses. Venkat Prabhu's screen play was racy in the first half while it was routine in the second half. 

Background score by Yuvan was apt for this horror comedy genre while songs were a big let down. Nayantara could not have enough screen time while Pranitha played a cameo appearance. This is the movie which has all the mass entertaining elements and the director must be appreciated for it. Even though the movie has mass stuff, the director has shown a difference in the first half with a couple of twists adopting super natural elements. 

Meanwhile, a peppy dancing number shot between Suriya and Nayantara was shown in the end credits. The makers should immediately change its placement and should be placed as the last song of the movie. The movie has bright chances to emerge as a box office winner, as it was sold out to quite reasonable prices.
