Hero Happy For His Wife

Generally, heroines packup their career once they enter into marital bliss. Very few times does we see a settled heroine reinitiating the cinema career's second innings with support from family. Suriya's wife Jyothika is so lucky because her new release of '36 Vayadhinile' is proving to be a big hit in Tamil. Although the movie is remade from Malayalam flick 'How Old Are You,' it's the decision of Suriya to produce the film for his wife has made things much easier.

'Actually, there is complete vacuum in heroine centric films in Tamil Nadu. At least, Telugu people have Anushka doing 'Arundhathi or 'Rudhramadevi' kind of stories. For Kollywood, there is no one to take the initiative. When I thought of playing with this idea, Jyothika was in my mind and '36 Vayadhinile' happened. I am so happy for Jyothika acting in this commercially successfull flick,' Suriya said.

Meanwhile, Suriya is ready with his new movie release of 'Rakshasudu' in Venkat Prabhu direction while the Tamil version is titled as 'Masss.' There are good expectations running on this dubbing film.
