Congress' Victory Is Not Highlighted!

Indian national Congress party is one among the oldest democratically operated parties of the world. However, the party had to face a debacle in general elections, 2014. As party ruled India for 10 years non stop in two consecutive tenures, it was inevitable for the party to face an anti incumbency and BJP used its right right chord to get into the power. With it's dismay, the bad phase of the Congress party is being continued as it lost in the elections held in various state assembly recently. According to the analysts, apart from Narendra Modi's charisma, his media management is one of the reasons for the BJP's victory. Since maximum number of media across the nation are backing Modi and his rule, there is no one to glorify Congress party and its leaders at the moment.

In the meanwhile, Congress party has won maximum number of mayor seats in recent local polls held in Chattisgarh. This news was not highlighted by the media, especially AP media. " When the time is in their favour everything works out. Once bad time starts, even media can do nothing to the party, as it was evident in many elections and their results earlier," felt an analyst.
