Telangana CM KCR and AP CM Chandrababu Naidu even though maintaining political rivalry for the sake of the benefits of respective state, there is one thing that made them join their hands, as it seems. The Pay Revision Commission for employees submitted its report 8 months ago. Employees thought the new PRC will come into force soon after both the CMs assume their offices. However, nothing of that sort is being happened now. Although KCR offered the sops in the form of Telangana special increment to its state's employees, he has no word of mouth on PRC's implementation.
On the other hand the situation of AP employees seem to have gone from bad to worse. Although the retirement age of employees has been increased from 58 to 60 years, only some aged employees got benefits and young employees and unemployed youth got great loss in the form of delayed promotions and no recruitment for the vacancies. On the other hand, CBN is busy making false promices on new capital, loan waiver to farmers etc.
