'Oka Laila Kosam' First Day Talk

Naga Chaitanya's 'Oka Laila Kosam' was released on 17th October and received average reports across the AP and Telangana at the end of its morning shows. Naga Chaitanya has done a good job in his habitual lover boy role while Pooja Hegde was cute and subtle at her performance front. The movie has good production values with King Nagarjuna in the production department, while cinematographer Andrew's work was terrific as per the reports. The first half of the movie runs with a romantic track developed on the lead star cast and it was OK.

However, the second half of the movie was dragged and predictable and the climax, too, was not upto the mark, with some overdose of melodrama mixed in it. The music scored by Anup Rubens was mediocre. It remains to be seen whether Chaithu takes this average content movie to the hit status at the box office or not. Vijay Kumar Konda of 'Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde' has directed this movie on Annapurna studios.
