CM KCR's Promises to All Sections

Telangana first Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhara Rao delivered his maiden speech at Parade Grounds of Secunderabad in connection with the state's formation day. The CM made following promises to different sections of people.

* Upto Rs.1 lakh loan cancellations to the farmers.

* Hyderabad will be developed as an international city with no slum areas. The city will be under close security with 10,000 CC cameras.

* Police department will be brought under a single roof. Police stations will be provided with sufficient stationery. Police recruitment will be done on war foot basis.

* Widows and old people will get a pension of Rs.1000 while physically challenged people will get Rs.1500 per month.

* Rs.50,000 crores will be provided for the welfare of SCs, SCs and BCs.

* Employees will get special Telangana increment. Their salaries will be hiked on par with central government scales. PRC will be implemented soon. They will be issued health cards soon.
