Reincarnation Main Theme in 'Manam'?

Is Akkinenis multi-starrer film 'Manam's  story based on reincarnations? King Nagarjuna himself opened up the story of the movie runs in different timelines over the span of 110 years from 1920s to 1930s. Touted to be a family and comedy entertainer 'Manam' is gearing up for release on 23rd of this month.

Thespian late Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya, Samantha and Shriya have played the lead star cast of 'Manam'. Anoop Rubens has composed the music of the movie. The movie was directed by Vikram Kumar while it was produced by Nagarjuna on Annapurna Studios.
