CBN Puts the Burden of Rs.1.5 Lakhs Crores?

Is N Chandrababu Naidu going to put the burden of Rs.1.5 lakhs crores on the people of the state? Going by the reports, one of the election promises made by CBN for the people is to cancel the loans of farmers. He also assured that he would cancel the DWACRA loans as well. According to the statistics, Rs.1.27 lakhs crores of loans were taken by the farmers while Rs.22 thousand crores were taken by DWACRA members. If CBN cancels all these loans, there would be a deficit of Rs.1.5 lakhs crores to treasury, which ultimately leads to huge financial deficit to the state. If CBN really cancels the loans, how can he implement other development programs and how can he pay salaries to employees? Many million dollar questions are here and which can be answered by only CBN.
