Who Filed Case on Ram Charan?

A case was filed against Mega Power Star Ram Charan at Jubilee Hills Police Station under section ICC 421(1). On 27th of March, the fans of Ram Charan celebrated their favourite hero's birthday at Chiranjeevi's Blood Bank. Some of those fans erected the flexies which is against the Election Commission's code of conduct. 

Strangely, instead of registering the case against who erected flexies, the police booked case against Ram Charan. According to inside sources, an opposition party is behind filing the case against Ram Charan to avail the political benefits.
