CM's Sops to AP NGOs?

Sacrificing their salaries and valuable time, AP NGOs across Seemandhra strike had done indefinite strike for 66 days. Finally, they have called off their strike and are joining their duties from today. Yesterday, they had wide range of discussions with the Cm, Mr.N.Kiran Kumar Reddy and accepted to call off their strike. As per the aired news, the Cm unofficially announced many sops to console the employees. As the Cm reportedly feels he would be replaced by a top politician soon, he wanted to do his best for employees for his future political benefits. Buzz is that Cm promised a handsome IR( Interim Relief) package( above 30%?) for the employees and changing the slabs of HRA.
