'Toofan' First Report

Mega Power Star Ram Charan's much awaited film 'Thoofan' hit the screens across AP on September 6. The movie has been made to suit the tastes of Hindi audiences. Ram Charan's power packed performance and his characterization as an angry young man appeared to be a perfect launching vehicle for him in bollywood. However, when it comes to the Telugu dubbing version 'Thoofan', lack of Ram Charan's dances, romantic songs and lack of entertainment appeared to be minus for the movie. The movie has received mixed reports from the audiences. Since the movie faces no competition from any other movie currently and Ram Charan's star power at the box office may turn as positive aspects for the movie. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, 'Thoofan' features Priyanka Chopra, Srihari, Prakash Raj, Tanikella Bharani and Mahie Gill in the other lead roles. Meet Brothers and Chirantan Bhatt have scored the music of the film. The movie was produced by Reliance Entertainment.
