How Much 'Zanjeer' to Collect for Break Even?

The highly anticipated movie of the season in India, 'Zanjeer' and its Telugu version 'Toofan' are releasing on September 6 across the globe in 3500 screens. But then, what should be the collections of the movie to get break even? According to inside sources, the makers have shelled in around Rs.60 crores on this mega movie. According to trade pundits, the movie should get Rs.110+ nett collections through all of its versions to get break even. "However, if the movie gets  a positive talk, then sky is the limit for its collections, as the movie may equally do well in both North and South India," says a trade expert. 

Ram Charan has played a powerful role as ACP Vijay Khanna in this action thriller. Priyanka Chopra shared the screen space with him. The movie received rave reviews from bollywood critics. Apoorva Lakhia directed this movie on Reliance Entertainment.
