His Style; Just Comments, But Not Resigns?

When the Chief Minister of the State, N.Kiran Kumar Reddy reportedly got to know the news that the state would be dividing, he reportedly tried to threaten the high command by sending the feelers through his very close aide, Veerasiva Reddy, that he would be resigning to his CM post, if the party takes the decision of dividing the state. Even then, the high command has taken the decision of dividing the state.

However, the CM appeared before the media after 9 days of CWC's decision. Many people thought that the CM would announce his resignation, as there were protests seeking his resignation in Seemandhra region. However, the CM criticized the high command's decision in style but kept his fingers crossed on his resignation. Surprisingly, Seemandhra people were very much satisfied with CM's words and simply forgot demanding his resignation. Incidentally, another politician, Kavuri Sambasiva Rao also applied the similar technique of CM's, by criticizing Congress' decision and kept away from resignation. However, the Seemandhra people were satisfied with his words. " That's why people of Andhra are called 'Alpa Santhoshulu'", says an observer.
