Congress' Strategy to Give Hyd.Credit to Chiru?

If maximum number of people are fighting to keep the state remains united, it still appears to be difficult to alter the Congress' decision of dividing the state. However, it was union minister Chiranjeevi, who first put forth the demand of Hyderabad to become the second capital of India or common capital of two states or the Union Territory. How has he got this idea? Is it his own plan and is working as per the directions of somebody? Here is the story.

The Congress Party's high command predicted that there would be political chaos in Seemandhra region after the announcement of Telangana. As soon as the bill is passed in parliament, the high command has the plans to rope in Chiranjeevi in a key post before the elections. Prior to that they decided to project Chiranjeevi as the strong and influenced  leader. That's why they are gossiped to have intentionally made Chiranjeevi to give above statements on Hyderabad and finally, Hyderabad issue is expected to be solved peacefully exactly how Chiranjeevi put the demand about the city. We have to wait and see if these predictions are proved right or wrong.
