Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna is busy touring different places in the US to raise the funds for Nandamuri Basavaramatarakam Cancer Hospital to cure cancer patients. Recently, he collected the donations of $ 60,000 from the Telugu community of Connecticut. Everybody is appreciating Balakrishna's determination and dedication in these fund raising campaigns. He could have started working for his new movie in the direction of Boyapati Srinu in these days. However, he sacrificed this crucial time for raising funds. In the process of metamorphosing himself from an actor to a complete politician, Balayya definitely, has taken nice moves. This gesture indicates he would be ready to serve the people. 

Meanwhile, Sonal Chauhan has been confirmed as one of the heroines of Balakrishna- Boyapati combo movie. Another heroine is yet to be selected. The movie is being produced by 14 Reels Entertainment in association with Vaarahi Creations.
