Is This the Strategy of Jr.NTR n Harikrishna?

All of a sudden there have been rumours that Harikrishna would be launching a new political party and probably, it might be the revival of his closed political party 'Anna TDP'. Also, we are hearing that Young Tiger Jr.NTR would extend his full support to the party and he would campaign extensively for the party's victory in forthcoming elections. 

Is Harikrishna's political party purely a gossip? or any strategy of Harikrishna involved in it? According to some of the political analysts, if Harikrishna wins more than 30 MLA seats, he can demand the CM post for him or for his son, Jr.NTR. Even if his party wins more than 10 MLA seats, his party would be in a demanding position to any political party in case of hung assembly. Let's wait if Hari and NTR's duo dare to do it.
