Channel and Magazine Ignored 'GS'

Power Star Pawan Kalyan's 'Gabbar Singh' collected a share of Rs.70+ crores and stood at all time second best among the tollywood  top grossers after 'Magadheera'. There is one news channel in the state, that makes much noise when any movie gets a super hit talk. It conducts hot discussion programs and special programs on those movies. Earlier, we have seen such kind of programs  for the movies like 'Dookudu', 'Brindavanam', 'Adurs', 'Khaleja', 'Businessman' 'Simha' etc. Currently, the channel is learnt to have decided to give wide range of publicity to Rajamouli's 'Eega'. Interestingly, the channel didn't telecast any special program on GS and they didn't reveal  the total collections of  'Gabbar Singh' and its place in Telugu cinema, as well. Perhaps, the channel's cine editors concerned might have forgotten this issue. Hope, they will remember it and telecast 'GS special discussion program' soon.

There is a nationwide weekly political magazine whose name starts with 'India'. Its Telugu edition also comes regularly. This magazine has good interest on Telugu movies. Like the above channel, this magazine also writes special articles on blockbuster movies. It gives the data of collections of those movies as well. Of course, nobody knows, whether those are gross or share figures of those movies. GS is completing its 70 days run shortly. Till today, the magazine hasn't come up with GS special cover page article. 'It's not amnesia, but they are planning to publish special article on GS', sources predict.
