Two days ago, a gossip was heard that young hero Akkineni Naga Chaitanya would act in the remake of his father Nagarjuna's hit movie 'Majnu'. As per the close sources of Akkineni family, it is understood that this news is just a gossip but not a real one.Following are said to be reasons to support this news as a gossip. 

* Nagarjuna has many super hits and blockbusters in his career. However, 'Majnu' was just a hit movie in his career. 

* With a grown up beard and lean physique, Nagarjuna doesn't appear handsome in this movie. 

* Akkineni family has no good terms with the director Dasari Narayana Rao, who directed 'Majnu'. How come his movie to be remade with Chaithoo? 

* The story of the movie appears to be an age old one and it is not fit for Chaithoo anyway.
