Shankar Biased on Tamil Heroes Only?

South Indian top director Shankar is mostly known for directing the movies with creative concepts and message oriented stories. Till some years ago, his magic at box office has been worked out well especially in AP. However, he had to taste a bitter result with 'Snehithudu,' the Telugu version of 'Nanban.'  

Even though knowing the fact that his movies fare very well at Tollywood box office, Shankar never preferred to work with our Telugu stars. He always prefer to work with either Tamil or Bollywood Heroes. Sources say Shankar's partiality on Tamil language has made him to develop this biased mind set towards Telugu. Some time ago, Mahesh Babu showed interest in working with Shankar. Further, Shankar also came forward to do a Telugu movie with Mahesh Babu. However, he decided to rope in many Tamil actors and technicians for that. Having vexed with the strange decisions of Shankar, very soon Mahesh Babu reportedly opted out to go out of the project. Recently, some of the gossips about combo of Pawan Kalyan and Shankar was also heard. However, this project could not be materialized. On the other hand, he started a new movie 'I' in the combination of Vikram. 

Observers say this is a sign of Shankar's arrogance. On the other hand, some more people are saying that Shankar has not connected with mind sets of Telugu heroes and so he is not interested to do a Telugu movie for now. Meanwhile, everybody says that the success of his future projects will no more a cake walk for him in Telugu.
