Mahesh's dialogue hurts Samanta

Did Mahesh Babu insult Samanta? Well this seems to be so if one were to go by a dialogue of his in the film. Mahesh says to Samanta – “look at your height and look at mine (nuvvu bhoomiki betthedu vunnavu, nenu …) and look at your colour and look at mine (nee rangenti naa rangenti?)”.

This may have be done in a lighter vein to tease Samanta as this has become Mahesh’s style to woo the heroines, but some people feel that this dialogue was written deliberately to address and please the fans as many felt that the short and frail actress was not the right choice to play opposite the tall and very handsome Mahesh.
