Indranganti Mohana Krishna on Prabhas Jatayu and insulting Savitri song

Indraganti Mohana Krishna is known as a sensible director and all eyes are on his next project Sarangapani Jathakam with Priyadarshi in the lead role and which is releasing on 25 April 2025.

Ahead of the film release, he interacted with the scribes and he was asked about his dream project Jatayu. Recently reports came that he will be doing Jatayu with Prabhas and Prabhas has given green signal to the storyline he narrated. Reacting to it, Indraganti said there is no truth in those rumours.

He also reacted to the controversy on him showering praises on the dancer who danced in an obscene manner on the stage to legendary actress Savitri's ever green classic song Aha Na Pelli Anta from Mayabazar.

Indraganti said at times when the organisers invite him as the chief guest, he cannot express his views freely and added that even he didnot like the way the dance was presented on the stage and added that he only saw the hardwork of the dancer and praised her hardwork and nothing else.

He said there should be discussions on why the organisers are encouraging such kind of dances to the ever green classical songs. He also said that though he likes belly dance, such dance do not suit this classical song.
