Lisa Ray says airlines lacks empathy towards her father

Lisa Ray during her hay days gave sleepless nights to movie lovers and she also made her Tollywood debut romancing Super Star Mahesh Babu in Takkari Donga.

Now, Lisa Ray blasted Air India for its highhanded attitude towards her 92 year old father. Sharing her ordeal,she posted  “Here we go again @airindia My father is 92, unwell and I have to cancel travel due to his ailing condition. Submitted doctors letter and the waiver was denied? How is that possible? Where is the empathy from an airline that is claiming to care about passengers???”

She even shared the screenshots of the documents which she submitted to the Air India along with the medical emergency cerficiate but added that the Air India stated that there was no medical waiver.

Lisa Ray also talked about her ordeal when she suffered with cancer in the book  Close To The Bone which was released in 2019
